Peace of Mind With Every Dreamfarm Purchase
All products purchased from dreamfarm.com are covered by a 3-year manufacturing warranty under normal and domestic use.
What exactly does that mean?
If, within 3 years of your purchase, a product you buy from dreamfarm.com breaks or stops working because of a manufacturing fault, we will:
- Replace your product where possible; or
- Where a replacement is not available, provide an equivalent product of comparable function and value; or
- Where an equivalent is not available, provide a gift voucher for the purchase value to be redeemed at dreamfarm.com; or
- Where none of the above solutions are possible or appropriate, provide appropriate options for resolution based on your situation.
To make a warranty claim simply send an email to our Customer Experience Team at customerservice@dreamfarm.com, or fill out our Contact Form and our Warranty Team will let you know what the next steps are upon review.
We may require any or all of the following to process your claim:
- Proof of purchase - Where and when did you purchase your Dreamfarm product? Please provide your Dreamfarm order number* in the subject line of your email.
- Clear photo, photos, or videos of the issue you are experiencing with the product.
*If you have an issue with a Dreamfarm product purchased via. another online store or physical retailer, please return it to your point of purchase for a refund or replacement. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items not purchased directly from Dreamfarm.com.
What does this warranty not cover or guarentee?
- Damage from ordinary wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, food stains or discolouration or other damage that does not impair the function of the product.
- Damage due to improper handling, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, neglect, corrosion, modification, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s use and care instructions as listed on the product packaging and product pages of dreamfarm.com.
- Damage or breakage due to dropping or impact.
- Minor imperfections or blemishes due to variations in timber, paint, enamel, metals, plastic, silicone, ceramic, or glass.
- Replacement of products outside the USA, Australia or New Zealand. Warranty claims outside these countries will be at Dreamfarm’s discretion, or that of the local Dreamfarm distribution partner. Where no country distributor exists, in the first instance, you should approach the place of purchase to handle a replacement or a refund.
- Surface damage due to chemical interaction, water sources, or cleaning agents including but not limited to scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, hard/harsh water, or automatic dishwashers.
- Cuts and tears created by knives, blender blades or any other sharp objects, including teeth. We know how Mini Supoon makes a great teether!
- Replacement of sets, only the faulty part or item will be replaced, not the entire set.
- Use other than for the product’s intended purpose, including use other than normal domestic use.
Dreamfarm Returns Information
Change of Mind Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind about your Dreamfarm purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase provided that:
- You provide a proof of purchase from dreamfarm.com*.
- You contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of purchase and have obtained an acknowledgement of your return before shipping the item back to us.
- You return the item to us within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is still in its complete packaging and the packaging is not damaged in any way.
Please note:
- The original shipping costs for change of mind returns will not be refunded.
- The cost of returning the order or item(s) will be born by the customer.
- All change of mind returns are at the discretion of Dreamfarm and will not be issued until the goods have been received and inspected.
- Change of Mind Returns will not be processed without an authorisation or acknowledgement from our Customer Experience Team to return the products. Once you have contacted our Customer Experience Team, you will receive the information you will need for your return and refund or exchange to be successfully received and processed.
