Order Dispatch and Tracking Information
We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days of your order being received. Exceptions to this may occur during seasonal sales periods. Any orders shipping to the United States will be dispatched from our St. Peters, MO warehouse. All Australian and International orders will be dispatched from our Brisbane, Australia, warehouse.
- Shipping within Australia: You will receive your tracking infromation once your order has shipped - From both Dreamfarm and Australia Post. All orders, by default, are marked with 'Authority to Leave'.
- Shipping within the United States: You will receive your tracking information from Dreamfarm once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Internationally - Outside of Australia and the United States: International orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse via. Australia Post. You will receive your tracking information via. email from Dreamfarm once dispatched. You may also be liable for any customs import quotas, fees, taxes, VAT charges, permits or other local charges. These fees are not included in your checkout total and these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so we suggest that you check local laws & requirements before placing your order. Dreamfarm will not be liable for any customs or import duties.
- Duties & Customs information for customers from the United Kingdom: U.K. Dreamfarmers should make themselves aware of the relatively new limits that have been put in place by visiting and perusing the Government's website HERE.
- Returns for Non-Delivery (RTS): If your parcel is returned to us for non-delivery or non-collection due to import taxes etc, Dreamfarm will process a refund automatically and deduct the shipping fee incurred for delivery to your location. Please be aware of this when choosing where to send your parcel.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind about your Dreamfarm purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase provided that:

- You provide a proof of purchase from dreamfarm.com*.
- You contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of purchase and have obtained an acknowledgement of your return before shipping the item back to us.
- You return the item to us within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is still in its complete packaging and the packaging is not damaged in any way.

- The original shipping costs for change of mind returns will not be refunded.
- The cost of returning the order or item(s) will be born by the customer.
- All change of mind returns are at the discretion of Dreamfarm and will not be issued until the goods have been received and inspected.
- Change of Mind Returns will not be processed without an authorisation or acknowledgement from our Customer Experience Team to return the products. Once you have contacted our Customer Experience Team, you will receive the information you will need for your return and refund or exchange to be successfully received and processed.

*If you have an issue with a Dreamfarm product purchased via. another online store or physical retailer, please return it to your point of purchase for a refund or replacement. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items not purchased directly from Dreamfarm.com.
